The Farm Bill doesn't only affect farmers. Part of the bill funds the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, commonly known as Food Stamps. KLRU's Allison Sandza reports on how the bill signed by President Obama in February will impact beneficiaries and why only half of the people who could receive the benefit in Travis County are signed up.
